My visualization shows the relative under- and over-representation of different countries in the 2020 census survey. I used the most recent 2020 country population estimates from Worldometer.info to estimate how many responses we would expect to see from various countries, if all countries were proportionally represented. The left and right sides of the x-axis differ slightly in their calculation, to convey the multiplicative factors (of under- and over-representation) on equal visual footing.
